Brad Stephenson

CEO

Brad Stephenson started his career shearing Christmas trees at a local tree farm. He has now spent more than 25 years in the green industry that he loves. A 1994 Governor Mifflin High School alumnus, he is also a graduate of the Berks Career and Technology Center’s (BCTC) Horticulture program, earning the Outstanding Horticulture Award in his senior year, an honor he proudly displays in his office to this day. Upon graduation, Brad worked at a few companies to hone his management skills before joining New Castle in 2005. In 2014, he earned the position of partner, and now is now co-owner and general manager. Brad’s passion lies in building teams of great people and in challenging individuals to grow. His team has implemented a mentorship program helping local high school juniors and seniors to explore landscaping careers. He is also a member of the “Regional Mastermind Group” presented by the Leadership Development Group operated by Dennis McInee.
It may come as no surprise that Brad is also passionate about giving back. He’s an active volunteer with Helping Harvest Food Pantry and at New Castle, he developed a partnership with Habitat for Humanity Berks. In his free time, he enjoys spending his days with his wife, Tanya; his sons, Zhane and Phoenix; and his two dogs, Luna and Walter, as well as Garcia, his bearded dragon.

Brian Cuccaro

Brian earned his CLP (Certified Landscape Professional) certification and his ASM (Advanced Snow Manager) accreditation.
Brian’s roles consist of managing the finance department, meeting with clients, attending community board meetings, and being passionate about prompt customer service. Brian also enjoys implementing the latest technology at New Castle.
Brian also feels that treating employees like family, benefits our clients in an industry that is not always known for that.
Brian loves spending time with his wife Dawn, and daughter Lily.
Brian is also an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan…Go EAGLES!
– Hire companies who treat their employees like gold.
The value that comes along with that will far outweigh any additional cost.
