Chrissy joined the New Castle Lawn & Landscape team in the spring of 2015, bringing three years of experience in landscaping, holiday decorating, garden design, and planting, along with a lifelong passion for gardening. With a belief that landscaping is an art form that uses nature as its canvas, Chrissy approaches every project with creativity and dedication, confident that anything is possible. After spending five years as a crew leader, Chrissy transitioned into the role of Account Manager, where she thrives in building personal connections with clients and helping to transform outdoor spaces into stunning, functional landscapes. Known for providing exceptional, detail-oriented service, Chrissy focuses on fostering trust and lasting relationships while ensuring that landscapes flourish and clients are delighted with the results. Personal growth is a driving force for Chrissy, who believes the greatest learning happens when listening to and supporting others. Outside of work, Chrissy enjoys spending time with her two children, Ellie and Brennen, her dog, Star, and her partner, Rob. Hobbies include kayaking, hiking, cooking, singing, and making meaningful memories with family. As a dedicated member of the New Castle Lawn & Landscape team, Chrissy is honored to be part of a company that feels like family and is surrounded by a team of kindhearted, supportive professionals.

Dan Macrina is a graduate of Wyomissing Area High School. After graduation, he explored various jobs, including running his own lawn and landscape company, before joining the Borough of Wyomissing as an Arborist in their tree department. By the end of 2020, Dan was promoted to Director of Parks and Recreation, where he managed five full-time staff and over 100 seasonal staff, overseeing all recreational events and activities within the Borough. Dan joined New Castle Lawn & Landscape in 2022 and quickly made an impact, playing a vital role on the sales team and contributing to the company’s growth and success. Dan and his wife, Vanessa, have two daughters who are at the heart of their lives: Aurora, 9, and their heavenly daughter, Sofia. The family cherishes their love for Disney, traveling to Walt Disney World in Florida at least once a year. At home, they enjoy warm summer nights on their back porch and peaceful walks through the Wyomissing Parklands, where they often spot deer and other wildlife. Dan’s dedication to his family, his work, and his community makes him an integral part of the New Castle team.

Zhane Stephenson began his journey with New Castle Lawn & Landscape in 2021 as part of the construction department. In 2023, he transitioned to the sales team, where he plays a pivotal role in client retention and account management. Zhane is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and care. When he’s not working, Zhane enjoys country line dancing and spending quality time with his family. His enthusiasm, dedication, and personable approach make him an integral part of the New Castle sales team.

Taylor joined the New Castle Lawn & Landscape family in August 2021 and recently transitioned into the role of Sales Support and Process Coordinator, where she will assist with inside sales support. After graduating from Conrad Weiser High School in 2018, she pursued her education at Reading Area Community College, earning an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. During college, Taylor gained over three years of sales experience, which sparked her passion for helping others. She is excited to bring her dedication to excellent customer service and her talent for building personal, trusting connections with clients to her new role. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys camping, volunteering at her church, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She is thrilled to continue her journey with New Castle Lawn & Landscape in this new position!

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Matt truly understands every aspect of creating exceptional outdoor living spaces. He is a proud graduate from the masonry program at Thadeus Stevens college, and He joined New Castle in 2013 as part of the hardscaping team. 

Outside of work, Matt is a happy husband to his wife, Candace; a proud father to his son, Quentin, and a reluctant treat-giver to his mini goldendoodle pup, MJ. While He enjoys spending time outdoors taking care of his backyard and pond, his favorite thing to do is attending and watching soccer games, especially if the team playing is the Philadelphia union. Matt is not just our estimator, He is our Bestimator.

Tricia Williams, VP of Sales & Marketing at New Castle Lawn and Landscape, is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in enhancing small business visibility and success in dynamic markets. A proud Penn State alumna, Tricia holds a degree in Business Management with a Marketing minor. Beyond her professional pursuits, Tricia is a passionate community advocate, residing in Sinking Spring, Berks County with her family. She actively contributes to local initiatives, serving on committees and boards such as the John Paul II Center for Special Learning Gala, Dayspring Homes, and volunteering at the Holy Spirit Horse and Animal Sanctuary.
