Just wanted to comment on how much we appreciated and valued Phil throughout our entire project. Phil is such an asset to your company~ any business strives to have individuals like Phil working with them. We have had many contractors for various things at our home and never have we had someone who we felt treated the project as if it were his own home as much as Phil did. You know the saying, “no one cares as much as you do”, but with Phil that was not true~ he really cared about what he was doing, his workmanship, our wants and vision, and how things were turning out. Phil never hesitated to make something right if it wasn’t right, or if it wasn’t to his or our liking~ and that is extremely reassuring as the consumer, and built our trust in him. Phil was always open to communicating with us. He included us in the process. We always knew what was going on when Phil was involved b/c he saw the importance of that and made sure it happened. Phil is talented and skilled in what he does and is able to make the customer feel confident in his abilities. He truly embodied the role as supervisor and oversaw every aspect of the project, and everyone that worked on it. Many times throughout the very long project I found myself thinking “If it wasn’t for Phil…” Phil’s professionalism and commitment to the customer, as a representative of New Castle, is excellent!
