I wanted to give some GREAT feedback for Stacey, Santos & his team. I was very pleased with Stacey’s quick follow up, answering my thousand questions & making design changes. I really appreciate her expertise, patience & responsiveness! When it came to the install, I was SO pleased with the work Santos & his team did. I wasn’t there for everything, but I was there when they placed a lot of huge stones & I appreciate the extra time they took to carefully arrange them so they looked just right. Also when I observed his team planting, they took extra care with the plants to loosen the rootball to ensure they were planted properly. I was very impressed by that, as I know it can make a big difference in the health & sustainability of the plant, as it takes root in its new home. They are the best team I’ve ever had! I’ve worked with other landscapers who didn’t take these extra steps & I felt like I had to watch everything they did so closely to ensure things were planted properly. Thanks for being the team of people that I can trust will do a great job! Happy Holidays!
