“They are the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. From the design/sales phase all the way to project completion, they demonstrated consistent professionalism very rarely seen in the industry. They did the landscaping for my new pool project which involved planting, lighting, boulder work and lawn restoration. They did a great job in everything! Before I began the project, I selected 6 landscapers with good reviews from Angie’s list, and they were by far the best! Even before I signed the contract, the designer, provided me with a detailed drawing and went through several rounds of design modification based on what we wanted. He also took pictures of our yard and generated “landscaped” images of the yard on the computer for us to visualize. He was never pushy. The construction supervisor, Brad, and the landscaping foremen were very accommodating my frequent concerns and design changes on the spot. When I had issues with the pool contractor and the inspector, it was always re-assuring after I talked with them. They found a solution to all the issues. They have set the standard for me to measure all future contractors. I won’t settle for just any contractors again. It’s high time for the industry to realize the need for professionalism and quality of service. I’d enthusiastically recommend New Castle to anyone.”
