I am over the moon happy with my entire experience with New Castle. From my first call to the estimate process to the scheduling of my project to the actual work and now the final product, the communication and process could have not been smoother! Working in a customer service field myself, I deal with numerous suppliers and contractors on a daily basis and I can say my experience with New Castle far exceeded my expectations!
