“Brian, In reviewing the questions I seriously believe I would give New Castle a 5 in questions 1 – 6. The comment that I would like to add is one that Leslie mentioned to me. In the recent snows we had and the subzero temps. we have had, your company has given us clear and dry parking lots as well as walkways while neighboring communities as well the streets leading into our complex are snow covered, sloppy and slippery. The service and quality New Castle gives is top shelf.
